Talofa lava. This week has been Samoan language week. During the week Ms Eastmure has been working with our staff to make them more aware of Samoan culture and language. At lunch time on Friday our young Samoan men performed a song – Faiava – for the staff. Faiava is a song about the difficulties that develop in relationships and will be performed by our Pasifika Cultural Performance group at the Pasifika Fusion festival at the end of this term.
