Huge congratulations to Year 13 student and school prefect Brayden Iose, who has recently signed to join the Hurricanes squad in preparation for the 2017 Super Rugby season. This year Brayden was the captain of the PNBHS 1stXV, captain of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Rugby team, and is one of only three secondary school students from throughout New Zealand to be included in the New Zealand Under 20 squad to begin preparations for the 2017 under 20 Rugby World Cup. Securing a professional contract with the Hurricanes team makes Brayden the first PNBHS student to achieve this feat while still at school.
