Prefect Benji Pritchard spoke about fundraising initiatives for World Vision. The leadership group driving this have set themselves the ambitious target of raising $50 000 this year. It is great to see young men taking the initiative and pushing themselves to achieve such lofty goals. Mr Brad Davids from World Vision also addressed the assembly in support of the work Benji and the World Vision committee are doing. Young men had the opportunity to sign up for the annual 40 Hour Famine this morning. Any young men who missed this opportunity and are keen to be involved, or who have questions about the fundraising efforts of the World Vision committee, can see Benji at the back of the hall after assembly in the next few days.
