FIRST AID COURSE
A number of students, mainly from the school's Gateway programme, are completing a First Aid Course today at the College House Function Room. This is one of several courses that the students will take part in, including Height Safety, Welding, Health & Safety as well industry prescribed units leading to apprenticeships within their chosen industry sectors. The programme is proving to be hugely successful with a significant number of each year's class going straight into apprenticeships at the conclusion of their course. There are currently 3 Gateway classes at PNBHS, and along with the Trades Academy programme, is growing considerably.
