Alzheimers Memory Walk
Dementia is the umbrella term used to describe a group of conditions that affect how well our brains work. Alzheimers is the most common form of dementia. Dementia can affect anyone.
The walk aims to: Raise awareness of dementia and for people to share a memory of someone who has died from dementia or is affected by dementia.
