Year 13 student James French took out two awards at the Student City Arts and Cultural Awards last night, winning the Best Musical Artist (secondary and tertiary) and Best Young Artist (secondary). This was based on his trumpet playing in NZSS Jazz Band and the PNBHS Stage Band, his role as Action in West Side Story and various other accomplishments. Well done James.
