Daniel Voss, an Old Boy from PNBHS and current Massey Wellington Visual Imaging student has recently won a competition run by Weta Workshop. The brief was to design a visual image that showed the story of an astronaut who went through a wormhole to an alternate earth that was more wonderful and crazy. As his award, he will be attending a fantasy week and concept design exhibition in Seoul with Richard Taylor (Weta Workshop CEO) and Ben Wootten (concept designer). This experience will give Daniel the opportunity to meet some like minded people, designers and see what the industry is like in Korea.
