OK Chorale
PNBHS has developed a reputation in
choral music based on the success of The OK CHORALE has been in existence for 26 years, in
that time they have been awarded:
- Best performance by a Manawatu Secondary
School at the regional Big Sing, 14 times
- Gold Award at the national secondary
school choir Finale, 3 times
- Silver award at the national secondary
school choir finale, 7 times
- Regularly one of the top male choirs
in the country
- Regularly perform at local and national
public and community events
- Have been featured on TV programme

Auditioned group – rehearses Tuesday 3.30pm – 5pm
S.O.A.P Choir
The S.O.A.P Choir is an all comers choir and consists of up to 100 members. The choir forms the basis of all the choral groups and rehearses once a week.
The Choir performs at all school formal occasions as well as the regional Big Sing and Youth in Harmony Barbershop competitions as well as community events.
