Recently the Year 10 New Zealand Studies class went on a field trip to Napier. This excursion was part of their study of the risks that the natural environment can create for the people who live in our region. In particular they looked at the impacts of earthquakes on the landscape and people, using the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake as a case study.
