At assembly this morning Junius Ong, captain of the Senior A Badminton team, was presented with the shield the team won last week at the New Zealand Super Eight Schools Badminton tournament. Young men who are in teams that win Super Eight titles are also presented with New Zealand Super Eight Schools Badges. Junius now is the proud wearer of five such badges: three for Super Eight Badminton and two as a Super Eight Scholar. This is a fantastic achievement and reflects Junius' hard work and dedication.
