Two PNBHS teams competed in the regional Spelling Bee. The Year 9 team of Benjamin McQueen-Davies, Cory Pinfold-Whanga, James Pinfold-Whanga and Lucas Richardson finished in second place, while the Year 10 team of Alex Anderson, Tommy Dunn-Hall, Thomas Flynn and Ajay Ravji were fourth.
