Today we welcomed staff from the Massey University Sports and Exercise Sciences department to school. Over three hours they conducted fitness testing with some of our ‘first team’ athletes to measure their fitness levels and determine the winner in the battle of the sporting codes. As well as this competition, Massey University’s presence was a great opportunity for our young men to find out more about the programmes that are on offer and the challenge drew a good crowd of spectators over lunchtime.
