Congratulations to Kaykay Adeyinka, Scott Hilson and Cam Wallace, all senior members of the 1st XI Football team, who have been selected in the New Zealand Secondary Schools U19 team to tour Australia in July. Regional trials were held in Palmerston North earlier in the year, and from that, a group of 25 players assembled at the Palmerston North Sports Institute in early June, for the final selection. After two days of further trials, the team was announced, with all three PNBHS players successful. The team will assemble in July for a pre-tour camp in Auckland, then head off to Australia.
After crossing the Tasman, the team will play several Australian academy teams, culminating in a fixture against the Australian Secondary School team in Sydney.
