Sam Parry Wins Bond Advantage Scholarship
Congratulations and good luck to Year 12 student Sam Parry,
who has been announced as the winner of the 2019 Bond Advantage
Scholarship. Sam, a keen Triathlete, who
also represents PNBHS in Cycling and Cross-Country Running, has ambitions to
compete at the highest level representing New Zealand. The Bond Advantage Scholarship will provide
him with mentoring from Olympic and World Champion Hamish Bond as well as
specialist coaching and advice in all facets of his Triathlon and personal
development.
After applying for the Bond Advantage Scholarship Sam was
selected as one of three finalists to be interviewed by the Sport NZ Elite Judging
Panel, which included Rob Waddell and Sarah Ulmer. He was announced as the winner during the
