Congratulations to Year 13 student Carson Taare, who was recently presented with the Pat McMinn Rising Star Award by The Variety Artists Club of New Zealand. The award recognises ‘a young talented performer beginning a promising career'.

Although based in Auckland we are proud to have a membership spanning across New Zealand and the world.
The highlight of our calendar is the annual Benny Awards. This is a black-tie event featuring performances by legends of New Zealand entertainment and the presentation of prestigious industry awards such as our Scrolls of Honour, The Agnew Award for Excellence, Top Variety Artist, Top Musician and the Rising Star Award.”
