3rd XI Cricket - Sunday 1 December
The 3rd XI played Property Brokers Feilding on another scorching Palmerston North day. Having been asked to bat the 3rds once again struggled to occupy the crease being dismissed in 28 overs with a very sub par 87. Michael Watkins the top scorer with 17. This was always going to be difficult to defend and despite a couple of catches by Kalani Rhodes that wouldn’t be out of place on channel 9s classic catches Feilding we’re never truly troubled bringing up the total with a 6 in 17 overs on 3 wickets down.
