Presentation of Gold Barrowclough Award Certificates and Badges :

The Barrowclough Award recognises young men in the senior school who fully immerse themselves in school life and who display a positive attitude in all that they do. Students who have qualified for a Silver or Bronze Barrowclough Award receive a certificate. Congratulations to these young men for their dedication and commitment to school life.


We will now present Gold Barrowclough Badges and Certificates to the young men in Years 11, 12 and 13 who have met the prerequisite standard for this level of the Barrowclough Award. Year 13’s that have achieved a Gold Barrowclough Award in 2017, 2018 & 2019 will receive their certificate at this evening’s prizegiving.


A young man will be presented with a badge and certificate on the first occasion he qualifies for a gold Barrowclough Award.  Should he qualify in future years he will be presented with a certificate only.
