Re: Parent Presentation – Mr Robert Pereira
Since the early 1990’s pornography has been the fastest growing area of the internet and there is a growing body of evidence – both globally and in New Zealand – that shows the negative impact that internet pornography is having on young people.
Beginning a discussion about the impact of pornography will be challenging for many parents. However, it is a growing issue and it is important that parents do have these conversations with their sons and daughters. International Education Consultant Mr Robert Pereira will deliver a presentation for parents on Wednesday, March 11 at 7.00pm in the College House Function Room. This presentation will provide parents with a model to enter into effective dialogue with your son or daughter.
Last year Mr. Pereira delivered a very well attended presentation to our parent community covering Internet Addiction Disorder.
