Thanks to Head Prefect Elyjah Crosswell who presented this week's book review in assembly this morning. Elyjah reviewed 'Perform Under pressure' by Dr. Ceri Evans. While Dr. Evans work with elite sports teams is the basis for the book, there are many concepts that are applicable in any pressure situation - giving a speech, complete an assignment, preparing for a cultural performance.
