Thursday 12 March saw the two PNBHS softball teams drawn to play each other on the Number 1 diamond at Colquhoun Park in perfect conditions. Both teams contain players heading off to Nationals, making up the PNBHS A team, so strong competition was expected. Both teams fought well, with strong individual performances on display also. The 'A' Team ended up winning 13-3 and continue to be unbeaten in the Manawatu Secondary Schools competition. A special thanks goes out to Property Brokers and the "Good Buggers Club' for their assistance in helping get the boys to Hamilton for Nationals, it is very much appreciated.
