This week, June 22 - 26, is our annual PNBHS Careers Week. Unlike previous years we have been unable to arrange the usual visits and visiting careers speakers. These opportunities will resume next term.

http://www.justthejob.co.nz/ Just the Job can be accessed through Stratus/Students/Careers and is a series of short 10-minute video clips covering a variety of career opportunities through the eyes of young people undertaking work experience.

https://www.careers.govt.nz/tools/subject-matcher/ Subject matcher links the subjects young men are studying and passionate about to possible career pathways.
Early next term young men will be asked to begin the process of selecting their school subjects for 2021. These are important choices and having some idea of possible future career intentions and areas of interest can help to ensure that sound decisions are made.
Young men are encouraged to call in to the Careers Room and have a chat with either of us.
