Presentations were made at assembly this morning to the captains of the PNBHS Chess teams that competed in the recent Manawatu Secondary Schools' Chess tournament. The A team placed first and Eli Hancock received the certificate and trophy on behalf of the team. The B team were second, with captain Oliver Sexton receiving their certificate, while the C team finished third, with captain Luke Van Rynbach receiving the certificate on behalf of the team.
