PNBHS School Golf Championship – Palmerston North Golf Club – March 4, 2022
A record 47 players entered to play in the golf championship this year played in perfect conditions at Palmerston North Golf Club. Round of the day was by the school number 1, Remy Early with a 2 under 70. He was the winner of the Gross. Next in Gross were Kaleb Fagan and Jerome Robinson with 75s, Isaac Grant with a 78, and Diego Rosson with an 80. The scoring was hot in the net competitions and Stableford. Winner of net competition was Jerome Robinson with a net 66, Kaleb Fagan close behind with a net 67, Tom Collier 70, and Fletcher Lochhead 71. William Grieve won the Stableford with 48 Stableford points, closely followed by Henri Anema with 46 points, Hugo Early with 39, and Angus Stuart with 38.
The next event on the golfing calendar is the Manawatu Wanganui Intercollegiate Championship played at Marton Golf Club on 31 March.
