Mihara, Palmerston North’s sister city in
Japan, has recently run a photo contest among their residents seeking photos
that capture the uniqueness of Mihara.
We need your help to decide
the winner of the Mihara ni Kia Ora (Come to Mihara) photo competition. Mihara
is showing off what they believe are the wonders of their city.
Voting closes 31 August at 5 pm, so make
sure you get those votes in quick!
Mihara and Palmerston North have been official
sister cities since March 2019. This partnership means our city is connected
internationally. We have four partnerships across the world and Mihara is just
one of these.
