Well done to everyone who competed in the 10,000m Championship this morning. It was fantastic to see a large field of about 50 competitors.

Special mention to Jai Parris of Phoenix who was fourth in a time of 39.04 – a fantastic effort for a year 9 student.
A reminder that the 5,000m Championship is being run on Friday morning. Competitors need to be at the grandstand by 7.00am.
