Earlier this year Leo Mwape competed in the Race Unity Speech Competition.  After winning the regional competition he went on to the national final where he was awarded The Human Rights Commission's trophy for Impact, Tohu Eke Panuku.  At assembly this morning we were joined by the regional coordinator for the Race Unity Speech Competition Joanne Wilson and Acting Central District Commander Inspector Clifford Brown from the New Zealand Police to present Leo with both his regional and national awards.
