In August last year, fourteen of our Year 10, 11 & 12 French students successfully sat the DELF Scolaire Examinations, administered by the local Alliance Française.
This is a challenging, internationally recognised and accredited four-levelled qualification that tests listening, reading, speaking and writing, with all answers written in French. It gives our students an extension to NCEA and a qualification that could enable them to study in a French or Francophone university.
The official certificates recently arrived from France. All fourteen students earned results of a very high standard and are to be congratulated on accepting the challenge that these examinations offer. Congratulations to: Ramis Ali, Edmund Brown, Oliver Crotty, Scott Sun, Will Fortune, Kieran Gill, Aidan Harris, Ben Irwin, Rossen Kostourkov, Ben Lawrie, Leo Mwape, Jonathan Peel, Leo White and Jakob Wong.
