Palmerston North Boys’ High School has developed a positive relationship with the University of Canterbury, Massey University, Victoria University and the University of Waikato, and university papers are taught in a range of subject areas at PNBHS by our staff members. Additionally, a number of young men complete papers outside of these offerings via distance learning.
In 2025, our young men were entered into a total of 109 semester one first-year university papers and achieved 49 A+, 30 A, and 14 A- grades. These are outstanding results and these young men were presented with certificates at assembly this morning in recognition of their hard work.
