Softball
PNBHS Softball had a resurgence in 2019 and since have had 2 teams entered into the local
secondary school competition held after school on Thursday.
We are regular participants in the North island secondary schools Div 2 Boys competition where the competition was won by PNBHS in 2019. The team came a creditable 3rd= in 2021.
Top coaching has been provided by Old Boy's and experienced parents in recent years.
The following have represented NZ in the Black Sox team:-
- Roddy Reid – 87-88
- Jimmy Seaman – 88-96
- Craig Symons – 96-97 and
- Jeremy Manley – 2005
Recently we have had players represent NZ in age grade and development teams.

Registrations are open for students who wish to play Softball this term.
Information about PNBHS softball:
Cost: $40 for term 1 season
When: Thursday afternoons at 4.45
Where: Colquhoun Park
Season starts Thursday 16 February

OR In Cash / Eftpos to the Finance Office
OR Account in Credit OR at College House - Please email the finance office - finance@pnbhs.school.nz to sign up for Softball.
Step 2. Fill out the registration form https://www.sporty.co.nz/pnbhs/Softball-Registrations/tab1 (copy and paste into your browser)
Both steps are required to be completed to play Softball.
