Student assignment checklist (Paula Clough)

Paula says:

One of my teachers requested a way for her students to have a checklist to keep track of their assignments.  I created this database of a generic list of assignments.  The teacher can go back and edit the field names to match the assignments in her class. Other fields can be added as necessary.

The database was set up so that only 1 entry per student is allowed and that entries must be approved.  This will keep students from getting confused and having more than one entry and keep their work private as long as the teacher doesn't approve any.
