1st XI Football v Scots College
Boys' High played Scots College on a wet and muddy paddock, winning 5 - 1. Boys' High started the game with zest and enthusiasm, and were able to set up a number of chances on goal. Josh Davenport scored first for Boys' High, pouncing on a loose ball in the box and finding the back of the net. Soon after, captain Sam Jones beat the goalie to take the game to 2 nil. Scots college capitalised on a small defensive error in the box to take the score to 2 - 1 at half time.
In the 2nd half, despite a muddy and slippery playing surface, Boys' High dominated the game and were able to score 3 unanswered goals by Kaykay Adeyinka, completing his second hat-trick in two games. Boys' High look forward to their next inter-school fixture against Napier Boys' High.
