As part of the Year 10 Business Studies program students have the opportunity to plan and run their own business for the day. They are tasked with producing food from countries around the world and creating a stall and dish that represents their chosen country. 10% of any profits made are 'taxed' and donated to The Fred Hollows Foundation, while the remaining profits and split between the group members.
