The Senior Quadrangular with Hamilton Boys’ High, Auckland Grammar and Wellington College has been running for 40 years.   The Junior version has only recently started up, and it was our turn to host.

Lost 1-7 to Wellington College: Facing a much stronger side the team did not give up.  Special mention to number 1 Alex Evans who upset his higher ranked opponent.

Lost (on count back) to Auckland Grammar: 3 all was a good result, unfortunately losing on set countback.

Lost 1 – 7 to Hamilton Boys’ High: Losing to a side with greater depth, with Paul Teoh winning at number 3.  Top doubles lost in a third set Tie break, almost creating the upset match win of the event.

Well done to Wellington College on taking out the event.  Special thanks to Ms Belcher and Mrs Burgess for all their hard work.
