PNBHS was represented in five finals in the Manawatu Secondary Schools Rugby Competition, winning four of the grades in which finals were contested. Congratulations to the 3rd XV, who won the Premier 2 grade, the Under 15 Colts, who won the Youth 1 grade, the Under 14 A team, who won the Youth 2 grade, and the Junior 4 team, who won the Youth 3 grade. The Youth 9 Crusaders team finished in second place in the Youth 5 grade. Thank you to the staff and parents who have given up their time to coach and manage teams this year, and to the many family and friends who enthusiastically support our young men each weekend. Winter Tournament week is next week - good luck to the Colts A team, who will compete in the national tournament in Auckland, the Colts B team competing in the Lindisfarne invitational tournament in Hastings, the under 16 A team competing in the quadrangular tournament in Hamilton, and the under 14 A team that will contest the Ian Colquhoun Memorial tournament hosted by PNBHS.
