PNBHS CROSS COUNTRY 2019
TUESDAY 30 APRIL AT THE KEEBLES FARM
- Correct Club uniform to be worn, anyone with the incorrect uniform will not count for points
- Runners are advised to wear running shoes, no rugby/football boots
- If you take ventolin or any other medication you will need to carry that yourself, come prepared
- Students are to change into running gear at the venue, then move to the start line
- Students are to take their own water for after the race
- Students must not climb over any fences or gates, treat all electric fences as being on and keep away from all animals, machinery and farm buildings
- All students are to stay on the identified race course and are to leave all other farm property alone
- All students are bused to the course. Buses leave from School at 12.30 pm and return by 3.15pm

Under 16 as at 1 January - born in 2004 or 2003
Senior
16 and over as at 1 January - born in 2002 or earlier
