Applications for Year 9 2020 Enrolments will be received from 8:00am on Monday 22 July 2019. Enrolment forms can be downloaded from the PNBHS Website (these forms will be fillable PDF's - aka. you can type into them) or collected from the School Main Office from 8:00am Monday 22 July 2019, or at the School’s Open Day on Thursday 1 August.

- Day Session – 9:45am
- Evening Sessions – 5:30pm and 7:00pm
College House Hostel Tour Times – 11:30am and 4:30pm

2020 Enrolment applications close at 4:30pm

Acceptance letters mailed

Final date for parents to accept or decline an offer of enrolment.
Tuesday 15 – Thursday 17 October 2019
Entrance Testing at PNBHS for students entering Year 9 in 2020.
The dates for these will be advised if your son is accepted.

New Entrants’ Information Evening
A meeting will be held in the Main Hall at 7:00pm for 2020 Year 9 students and their parents. It is essential for all to attend this meeting where a general introduction will be given to the school and its approach to education. There will also be an opportunity for parents to discuss any concerns with staff.

ENROLMENT PROCESS
Both In Zone and Out of Zone Year 9 Enrolments for 2020 will open on Monday 22 July at 8:00am.
For Year 9 enrolments, please follow the process below:
- Collect Enrolment Form from the Main Office at Palmerston North Boys’ High School.
- Attend Open Day
- Return completed Enrolment Form and requisite documentation to the Main Office
- Accept Offer of Place (if admitted)
- Attend New Entrants’ Information Evening
- Entrance Testing (Literacy, Numeracy and Reasoning) for accepted students
