Congratulations to year 12 student Angus Lyver, who was invited by the Athletics NZ High Performance Manager to compete in Long Jump at the invitation-only Athletics NZ Spring Series in Hastings on September 13th. At the meet Angus achieved three consecutive personal bests, jumping 6.49m, an outstanding achievement. This competition was for NZ high-performance athletes including Dame Valerie Adams and Thomas Walsh.
