PNBHS CROSS COUNTRY 2022
FRIDAY 6 MAY AT THE KEEBLES FARM
1 - Correct Club uniform to be worn, anyone with the incorrect uniform will not count for points
2 - all students are to stay on the identified racecourse and are to leave all other farm property alone
3 - Runners are advised to wear running shoes, no rugby/football boots
4 - if you take ventolin or any other medication you will need to carry that yourself, come prepared
5 - Students are to change into running gear at the venue, then move to the start line. Bring a coat and allow for cold and wet conditions
6 - Students are to take their own water for after the race – NO SHARING OF WATER BOTTLES
7 - Students must not climb over any fences or gates, treat all electric fences as being on, and keep away from all animals, machinery and farm buildings
8 - All students are bused to the course. Buses leave from School at 12.30 pm and return by 3.15pm
CROSS COUNTRY AGE GROUPS
Junior - under 14 as at 1 January 2022 – born in 2008 or later
Intermediate - under 16 as at 1 January 2022 - born in 2007 or 2006
Senior - 16 and over as at 1 January 2022 - born in 2005 or earlier

THE RACE STARTS AT 1.10PM, ALL RUNNERS START AT THE SAME TIME
The course is on farm property, running over metal farm tracks with some steep hills.
