If you are feeling unwell you will need to see a health professional. You will need to take with you a derived grade application just in case the doctor deems you unfit to attend your NCEA examination. A medical certificate does not contain all the information required by NZQA and will not be accepted. Please either download the form directly from the NZQA website, or off the NCEA examination tab (under students) on Stratus. There are also copies in the Main Office. Please inform the Main Office of your situation and contact Miss Taylor.
